What is Myfi? Myfi Networks is prepaid, noncommitted and Fair Usage Quota-free internet. It offers corporate and individual internet service with its flexible payment system that continues with noncommitted. Myfi Networks, which adopts the principle of a smooth and unlimited internet experience to its users, is one of the fastest growing internet companies in Turkey with its own infrastructure and ever-improving coverage network. In Myfi, you choose your internet package yourself, you use as much as you want.
How does the payment system work?
Myfi makes you free with its flexible payment systems in the form of pay-and-use. You can pay your monthly fee online via the internet and you can make your payment from your payment points in our stores.
What is a flexible payment system?
Flexible payment is a usage method developed by Myfi. In the prepaid system, you pay for the internet you will use and use it. After the end of your period, your internet will automatically turn off and no additional fee will be reflected to you.
Is there a fair use quota (AKK)?
Myfi does not apply Fair Usage Quota. No matter how much internet you use, your usage speed always remains stable.
I want to use internet as a corporate, but I do a lot of uploading. Do you have packages suitable for this?
We have different package options for our corporate customers with our upload speed starting from 5 Mbit per month.
I will do a lot of downloads this month. Can I get a package accordingly?
Of course. Since there is noncommitted in Myfi, it depends on you to increase or decrease the speed of the package that you use. You can increase the speed of the package you will buy new, you can decrease it the next month.
Can I buy different speeds every month in corporate packages?
Myfi's flexible payment system and noncommitted internet makes you free. When you need download or upload speed, you can choose the upper package, and when your need decreases, you can determine the new package accordingly.
How much will my speed decrease after Fair Usage Quota at Myfi?
Myfi does not apply Fair Usage Quota. No matter how much internet you use, your speed will always remain stable
Will I be billed for the period I do not use?
Myfi provides prepaid and pay-and-use service. There is no invoice during the period you do not use. As soon as you pay, your package is activated and you can start using it immediately.
What is the refund procedure?
To cancel your Myfi subscription; you can apply for cancellation by contacting us at Myfi points or by phone and you can make an appointment. Within 3 working days from the appointment date, our technical team will receive the modem, dish and cables in working condition. You can complete the cancellation process by receiving a refund of half of the fee you paid for the installation from our branches.
Will my internet be cancelled if I don't use my internet for a certain period of time?
As long as you do not cancel your Myfi subscription, your registration will not be deleted from the system. The moment you make a payment, your internet is immediately activated and you can continue your internet enjoyment with Myfi from where you left off.

Where do you get the internet?
